One evening at the aperitif we had the idea to create a new beer in Martinique, we are in November 2017.For this I went to Nancy for training at the IFBM school to learn all the intricacies of the profession of brewer. I returned to my Ardennes to meet 3 breweries to learn the craft even better.I went to Belgium to Bruges to meet our supplier of vat rooms and brewhouse CoenCo, where I also learned for 2 days. On my return to Martinique a few months later, after receiving the brasserie, I did not perform the 1st brewing of BAM on 30/01/2019 and bottling on 06/03/2019.
