Phase Three Brewing

In phase one, Shaun, Evan, and Brittany began working together at a restaurant and brewery in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shaun and Brittany later married and had two beautiful children, Avery and Kaden. Shaun and Evan became best friends, so much so that Evan was best man at his wedding. While working in the restaurant and brewery, Shaun began brewing some pretty exciting beers and has made quite a name for himself. Brittany, who has a degree in graphic design, designed one-off labels for him, and Evan was busy running the restaurant and brewery, and helping to coordinate beer releases, which were growing in popularity. phase two shaun eventually moved to a new brewery in villa park and helped build the beer program from the ground up. brittany continued to design labels for the beer there and shortly after opening evan came on board as general manager. after a few years the three of them decided it was time to do something of their own. In phase three, they approached a brewery in Lake Zurich, Illinois that still had room to start contract brewing. The brewery was able to help them and offered them two tanks to use every three weeks. About nine months later, Shaun, Evan and Brittany had a full team helping them brew, package and distribute the beer. Phase Three Brewing is the culmination of everything the three have learned in the industry, together and wisely. The progression from those two tanks to more than 12 tanks was scary and exhausting, but most of all they had a lot of fun and satisfaction to see how it developed into what it is today. phase three brewing has been a passionate project for everyone involved and we take our quality and our beer seriously and strive to constantly improve. we all hope to see you someday, share a beer with you and get to know you. we cannot express how grateful we are to be in an industry like this and to have the tremendous support we receive from our fans.
