Description

In the mid-80s, Guy Pirlot started his hobby in mother's wife's kitchen. A large pot of 10 liters and a thermometer were main tools. A nice, sturdy blonde was his goal. The Tripel, which repeatedly flowed from the brewing kettle, was repeatedly weighed and weighed by friends and acquaintances, and every time a new, adapted brew followed. In the meantime, this miraculous change of water, malt and hops in BIER happened in a slightly larger installation: a self-converted 50 liter copper boiler. In the course of time, the brewer was increasingly beaten by his surroundings with statements such as: "amai, you have to do more with it" or "why don't you sell that divine stuff" or "why don't you start a brewery" .... Eventually they managed to convince him to have the beer tasted by a larger audience. In 1998 the necessary papers were then arranged and ... a new commercial hobby brewery was born.
