Description

After a twenty-year pause, the Mayer family revived the tradition of brewing beer in Beroun and founded the family brewery Beroun Bear. The Beroun Bear is a unique “brewery open-air museum” - it offers visitors a chance to see the brewhouse for direct heating by wood. Beer is produced by bottom fermentation from traditional raw materials: drinking water, barley malt, hops and brewer's yeast. The malt stock is self-sufficient - it owns a malt house in the nearby village of Suchomasty. Beer is presented to the consumer as unfiltered, yeast rich in vitamin B
