Brewery is the regional brewery Hejkal, which in 2017 renewed the brewing tradition in Nové Město na Moravě interrupted for 111 years. Company brews craft beer according to own recipes in a technologically modern brewery. Brewery uses quality raw materials and follow old proven cooking techniques. Brewery ferments in open fermentation vats and observe the lying time. Responsible adherence to these individual steps leads to the creation of pure natural beer with a pleasant aroma, taste and drinkability. Main products are bottom-fermented lagers. Company tries to brew various special beers as well as top-fermented beers.
