Description
In the country it is brewed using the classic decoction method, which is typical for Czech beers. Keras Bechyně use only traditional raw materials such as malt, water, hops and noble brewer's yeast. Keras Bechyně leave the beer to mature at lower temperatures and do not accelerate the whole fermentation process. So you can be sure that it is always fresh, properly fermented and fit. Beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, so it retains all health-promoting substances and vitamins. Higher bitterness not only has a pleasant taste but also has a beneficial effect on digestion. In the three-tank stainless steel brewhouse with a capacity of 1000 liters of sprouted wort, the phases of mopping, mashing, lautering and hopping are gradually taking place. Then the cooled wort is fermented with noble brewer's yeast. Main fermentation lasts about 1 week at 12 ° C. Fermentation takes place in a lager cellar at 2 ° C for 35 days or longer, depending on the type of brewed beer
