In spring 2013, the 1st Žamberk brewery (Kanec beer) was sold and the new owner decided to produce beer with her family. The capacity of beer tanks and the specifics of the Hungarian brewing house allows the production of various beer specials. The technical modification of the whole technology was consulted with practical experts as well as with specialists from the Brewery Research Institute. From the first months of the brewery's life, production has been made to order. We must also mention beer production for Clock - Potštejn brewery. The original taste is created mainly by its own water from the brewery well and the different Hungarian technology on which the beer is brewed. Production materials are from Czech production (malt from Zábřeh, hops from Žatec, yeast from neighboring breweries).
