Description
Pivovar Lípák decided to return to Česká Lípa the tradition of cooking golden juice. So far, our brewery is so-called "flying," which means that the brewery in Kunratice provides us with its premises and equipment, and Pivovar Lípák can thus brew its own beer based on its years-proven recipe. Pivovar Lípák cooked the first batch of Eleven Bumbala in August 2017 and started officially offering it for sale at the end of October. Later they plan to brew beers with the names Chmelda and Žejdlík. The name of the Lípák brewery belongs to the new generation of beer brewing in Česká Lípa and the logo as well as the names of the beers are accompanied by dwarfs, as a reference to the original emblem of the local brewery.
