Description
The brewery continues the tradition of brewing beer in Nová Bystřice, when in 1482 the townspeople of Bystrice received the right to have a mile to brew beer from their nobility Wolfgang Krajíř of Krajek. The brewery was founded in 2017 and beer brewing was resumed in the spring of 2018. Pivovar Nová Bystřice brew Pilsner-type beers in two meats with bottom fermentation. Specials such as ALE, IPA, etc. are fermented on top. Pivovar Nová Bystřice use Czech malts and the highest quality Saaz hops for cooking. Beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, thanks to which all living cultures and vitamins that are beneficial to the body remain in the beer. Pivovar Nová Bystřice combine malt, hops and water from wild Czech Canada into a golden and delicious drink that has a pleasantly bitter taste and golden sun color.
