Description
Beskydy and their beer is brewed: from quality Beskydy water, from malt made from selected varieties of malting barley grown on Haná, from aromatic Czech hops Žatecký poloraný červeňák, from brewer's yeast from VÚPS. Production takes place in professional equipment made of food grade stainless steel. The device is manufactured in Czech-Slovak companies. Production is divided into production departments: brewery, main fermentation, beer maturation, beer filtration, overpressure tanks and filling of beer into transport packaging. The entire brewery is sanitized from the so-called CIP station. The entire production takes place under the control of experienced brewers. Each batch is analyzed and tasted before leaving the brewery.
