Pivovar U Šneka

From the very beginning of the operation of the pub, their intention was to operate their own mini-brewery. At first in the basement, but here they did not manage to realize it. For a while, they gave up the brewery and focused only on the brewery, and Pivovar U Šneka dreamed of the brewery. it was not until 2014 that Pivovar U Šneka renewed the idea and when they had suitable spaces, Pivovar U Šneka began to realize their dream. The brewery is located in Vídeňská Street, about 400 m from the beer hall. At the beginning of 2015, construction began and on July 23. In 2015 they cooked the first batch. The brewhouse has a size of 250l. Pivovar U Šneka can be proud of the fact that they are the only ones in the Czech Republic to have a 5-pot brewery, which allows us to cook 4 batches per day. Pivovar U Šneka designed and manufactured the brewery ourselves, with the help of local companies. The cellar will have 3 open fermentation vessels with a volume of 500 l and a lager cellar with 10 tanks with a volume of 500 l. Everything is cooled in duplex, which allows us to brew all types of beer.
