Pivovaria is a restaurant brewery. The beer Pivovaria Radom brew is the result of a process based on centuries-old German technology. As a model, Pivovaria Radom have set ourselves the Bavarian brewing masters, who for centuries have delighted with the taste and aroma of a golden drink. The production equipment in their mini-brewery was installed by Kaspar-Shulz from Bamberg near Munich, which has been dealing with this for 330 years.Weyermann malt, Polish hops and selected yeast - these are the ingredients responsible for the unique taste of beer, which has been appreciated many times by specialists. In the largest national competition of Chmielarzy i Piwowarów in 2011, Pivovaria Pszeniczne was awarded a gold medal, and Pivovaria Bursztynowe - a brown one. In the same year, during the largest beer festival in Poland, Birofilia in Żywiec, considered the most important craft brewery competition, Pivovaria Radom were awarded third place in the wheat beer category.
