Railway City Brewing creates a range of locally handcrafted beers in St. Thomas, Ontario. No corn syrup here! We are proud to have malted barley (grains), hops, yeast and water as our main ingredients. Each beer is brewed locally, naturally and in small quantities, using only the best ingredients, with no artificial additives or preservatives. Our brewery has a 20 hectolitre system consisting of a kettle, a mash tun, a hot water tank and a number of 10, 20 and 40 hl fermenters and conditioning tanks.
