RBB - Rolbrettbräu: the first mentioned brewery in Bad Vigaun! The test brews are brewed at home and developed further until a recipe is available. Then Georg Hagn and Roland Hallinger rent larger breweries and brew their recipe there. The beers are characterized by the traditional unfiltered brewing method without the use of additives. The clarification takes place exclusively in a natural way due to the long fermentation and storage time, which means that the original flavor is 100% preserved. Current output: approx. 600hl / year, with over 20 inns and regional retailers being supplied.
