The beginnings of the story of the Černý Orel Family Brewery date back to the second half of the 1990s, when the entire restaurant was transformed into an original form right in front of visitors. The pub, which has belonged to the Black Eagle since time immemorial and to which Osec and cross-country regulars liked to go "to the dvanda", was to gain integrity and dignity in the future by inheriting its own brewery. In 2015, the story came to a happy ending: the popular restaurant with excellent cuisine was complemented by a modern, but traditional, family brewery in the way of brewing beer. According to the masterful art of brewer and member of the Black Eagle team Petr Hájek, Černý Orel brew beers based on Czech methods. At the same time, Černý Orel try to bring novelty and individuality to them. Černý Orel do not want to fit in with other breweries, Černý Orel dilute the taste and expression of beer, especially for the guests of the Black Eagle
