Description
After trips mainly to southern Bohemia with tastings of endless types of beer, we decided to build a mini-brewery into the existing cellars. Josef Krýsl supplied the technology and recipes - we liked it the most in his breweries !! The young brewer Jakub Dušek brews for our brewery and consults the recipes with the Krýslovs - Mr. Josef and his son Petr. Come to taste and judge how we succeeded.
