Rosenheimer Specialty Brewery THE ROSENHEIMER SPECIALTY BREWERY The Rosenheimer Specialty Brewery is a small distributor that has its roots in the Chiemgau, which is named after it. At the beginning of the 1980s, the recipes for “Chiemseer Hell” and “Chiemseer Braustoff”, which are known to this day, were developed and thus helped the brewery to achieve a great boom. However, the brewery disappeared completely from the scene by the beginning of 2000. The second location of the brewery is now near Rosenheim, where the beers are brewed according to old tradition.
