The ROTSIEGEL brand was developed by Jochen and Lina Amelsberg in Jersbek near Hamburg. As a business consultant, who is always on the go, Jochen is constantly working on new ideas and concepts and occasionally brewing a beer himself. He brought his passion for brewing specialties and unusual drinks, recipes and dishes from various trips and the impressions he gained there.
