Description
In mythology, "shapeshifting" is the ability of a being or creature to completely change its physical shape or form. That's what beer should be about. The ability to take four main ingredients - water, malt, hops and yeast - and turn them into not just one flavor, but many different tasting beers. The wolf is also a representation of the Latin name for hops - humulus lupulus or "little wolf". The name refers to the plant's tendency to strangle other plants, just as a wolf does to a sheep.
