Even in those early days, 22 years ago, when many friends and family helped bring so many elements to bring He'brew's beer to the world, Shmaltz Brewing has always been a collaboration of work and creativity. This tradition continues more than ever has expanded beyond anything Jeremy Cowan had envisioned two decades ago. Shmaltz Brewing has now grown to over 30 full-time and part-time employees, brewing, packaging, designing, managing, marketing and selling the dynamic portfolio of award-winning beers.
