Description
Our brasserie, in the very heart of the Eau d'Heure dams, is located between Beaumont and Philippeville, in the south of Belgium. In 1991, after numerous researches carried out in collaboration with the brewing laboratory of Louvain-la-Neuve, two high fermentation beers were produced. "Joseph", spelled beer and "Sara", buckwheat beer were born. Appreciated first at the regional level and then national, they are today exported to France, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Canada, Japan and the United States. Made without preservatives or artificial colors beers have reached a high level of quality. Firmly rooted in the specialty beers segment, the brewery de Silenrieux innovates once again, by launching the first fully organic spelled and buckwheat beers. These two new products, recognized and certified by the organization European CERTISYS, use only 100% organic raw materials. Buckwheat and spelled flours, but also malts, hops and spices come from organic farming. The use of such ingredients, coupled with a very strict selection in terms of aromatic yeast, will delight amateurs looking for new sensations.
