After extensive reconstruction, company opened the SLEZ BREWERY on 8 August 2014. The brewery is located in the old cellars, these cellars are the most suitable place for the fermentation and maturation of beers, which company brews exclusively from pure natural ingredients without hop extracts or stabilizers. Brewery does not contain or pasteurize beers, so they retain their typical aroma and taste of hops and malt and remain full of healthy substances and vitamins needed by the body. In the glazed part of the inn you will see a two-vessel stainless steel brewery with a volume of 1000 liters. The fermentation process takes place in open cellars (fermentation vats) at constant temperatures. The maturation of beer liquor takes place in lager tanks at a temperature of 1.5 ° Celsius for 5 to 6 weeks. The climate of the cellars does not allow not to use acceleration processes.
