Description
All beers are developed in the garage brewery and improved until we are 100% satisfied. Then the recipe is scaled and brewed at Brauhaus Binkert in Breitengüßbach. Quality and sustainability are important to us. That's why we rely on high-quality raw materials and regionality. For example, the brewhouse is heated with wood pellets, the malt comes from Bamberg, the labels from Hirschaid, the hops from the Hallertau or Spalt.
