St Mel's Brewing Company is an independent Irish brewery whose aim is to brew the highest quality beers from the best ingredients that combine innovation, passion and tradition. All of their beers are made from 100% natural ingredients, water, barley malt, hops and yeast. They are free of chemicals and are preserved by the natural properties of hops and alcohol.
