The parish of St. Othmar unter den Weißgerbern continues a long tradition with hand-picked craft beers – and puts beer enjoyment at the service of a good cause. A look at the history books shows that beer brewing can look back on a long Catholic tradition. One of the most famous examples is the life of Saint Arnulf, who served as bishop in Metz in northeastern France from 614 to 629 and is one of the ancestors of the famous Carolingian dynasty.
