[stah-gee] adjective Dull, uninspired. We take it to mean simple and unpretentious. It also means heavy and filling, full of carbs. The perfect name for this Stodgy place. We are a brewery and taproom in northwest Fort Collins that focuses on making excellent beer with Colorado grown ingredients. We're here to offer our neighbors and extended community members a gathering space where people can connect and relax around great beer. We have a spacious outdoor patio, and lots of cozy indoor seating! Friendly dogs welcome inside and out.
