Their beers must pass a panel of judges before they hit the tap. Their beers prefer good rock and roll music, mixed up a little with some reggae. It helps the beer condition in those cool, steel tanks. The craft brewing process typically takes 3-4 weeks. Some flavor varieties may come and go, based upon demand. Only fine craft beers from other independent breweries are given the privilege to complement their taps. So sit back and enjoy this brief vacation from everyday life.
