Beer has been brewed in picturesque Ostheim vor der Rhön for over 300 years and is based on a long tradition of the art of brewing. The Streck brewery is not only a place where excellent beer is produced, but also a symbol of quality and craftsmanship. The wide range of specialties offers something for every taste - from classic beer to non-alcoholic varieties.
In September 2023, the Hessian investor “Die Biermacher GmbH” took over the traditional brewery and was able to avert the announced closure after 305 years. Streck became part of the Biermacher family.
