Description
The brewery was founded in 1902 as the legal successor to the insolvent Thisted Aktiebryggeri, founded in 1899, and produces in particular pilsner, which is primarily brewed for the local market. In 1951 the brewery had an output of over 2 million bottles of beer. The brewery produces around 20 specialty beers, including Porse Guld. In this beer, the hops are partly replaced by the gelatinous bush.
