Born and raised in Munich. Most of them, however, suspect me from northern or western Germany, which is why I always reply that I spent six formative weeks in the Ruhr area! After my apprenticeship as master brewer (TUM Weihenstephan) I brewed for two years in the brewery Huus Braui in Switzerland. Back in Munich it was all or nothing! So I started my own business and brew my own beer. On April 23, 2014, or also day of the beer, I registered the company. The story that this was purely coincidental and I noticed this "fist on the eye" only in retrospect, but strangely no one believes me! Nobody knows what the future holds. However, it is certain that it will be colorful and highly aromatic!
