No sooner had man settled down in his cave than he began brewing beer. The oldest discovered brewing device is estimated to be 13,000 years old, and the first recipe for beer is a mere 5000 years old. Beer belongs to man, period! Anyone who approaches the subject from a craft perspective quickly realizes that the production of beer is a broad field in which there is a lot to discover. After all, there are hundreds of different hop and malt varieties worldwide. And each combination results in its own, very individual beer. As a small brewery, we produce our own exceptional beers and are also on the road with our brewing truck at weekly markets and events.
