Tom & Harry Brewing

The 2 Tom & Harry, enthusiastic hobby brewers, passionate beer connoisseurs and friends since childhood. With your beers, you want to highlight the creativity and variety of brewing and create new intense taste impressions. By this you want to show that beer can be so much more than just a thirst quencher. They are convinced that there is the right beer for every taste and occasion. It all started in 2013 in Canada. During Harry's semester abroad in Calgary he came through his WG colleagues in contact with the local hobby brewery scene. The intense aromas and the incredible diversity of varieties fascinated him immediately and his curiosity was already awakened. So he took the Hobbybrauer spirit home, where Tom was also immediately grabbed the craft beer fever. In the following years you brewed mulled wine, much enthusiasm and handmade in the living room and bathroom. Many recipes have developed, refined and of course tasted extensively with friends. In the summer of 2017, a joint trip through Norway finally gave birth to the idea of brewing craft beer to your recipes in first-class quality. Under the name "Hoppy Neighbor's Brewing Co.", we were able to achieve the Hobbybrauer state champion title in the category "IPA" at the Austrian Beer Challenge 2018, which you see as confirmation of our vision. In October 2018, "Tom & Harry Brewing" founded in Kapfenberg and are now looking forward to be able to make an innovative contribution to the Austrian beer culture with the first beer.
