TThe idea for Twin Barns Brewing came from Dave Picarillo and Bruce Walton, who were consultants by day and brewing dreams by night. For years they talked about how they could translate their hobby of homebrewing and general love for all things beer into delicious craft beers that they could share with the public. For decades (and many, many beers) business plans were drawn up and locations explored, but life always seemed to crush their hopes of a brewery. Until 2017, during a brewery tour in NH, when her passion for opening her own establishment was rekindled. Two months later, near Meredith, NH, they found an 1850 barn that would be the perfect place to realize their dream. On closer inspection it turned out that one barn was actually two connected barns and so finally Twin Barns Brewing was formed in 2018.
