If you follow the history of the brewery Greiz, you will witness the historical development of a great brewing tradition. Traditional knowledge, modern technology, local raw materials and, last but not least, the in-depth knowledge of our brewers and master brewers are the basis for our Greizer beers. In our club brewery beer is moved by human hands. Crafting means: Individual brewing processes, regional raw materials and a beer production with a long maturation period. This sets us apart from globalized unity brewing in our own, very personal way.
