Description
Cerveza Volcanes del Sur was born in the lush nature of the Maule region, amidst the bountiful waters and the numerous volcanoes that offer a unique diversity of flora and fauna and represent a perfect environment for the founding of the brewery. At the end of 2008, the brewery moved to the town of Quinamávida, a village near Lake Colbún in Region VII. Quinamávida, which means corn hill in Mapudungun, offers perfect natural conditions for the development of unique beers. Cerveza Volcanes del Sur is handcrafted with thermal mineral water that quickly sets itself apart from other beers. This particular spring rises at a depth of 68 meters, in an environment isolated from man and pollution, and is filtered through thousands of layers of volcanic rock millions of years old, giving it its pure mineral origin. The properties of the water and the manufacturing process according to the artisanal tradition make our beer a unique product that captivates everyone who tastes it. Volcanes del Sur takes you to the purest, healthiest and most natural places. Our brewery is characterized by constant innovation. She was one of the first to introduce flavors into the brewing process, always careful to maintain the original artisanal recipes that have earned her awards and recognition.
