Description
Born and raised in a time when generations came together for lunch, sausages were cut in thick slices over their thumbs, in which one listened to the ancients and one really came to rest, today it is these memories that are ours shape. That's exactly what Weerhuus stands for. For tradition, for tranquility, for patience and for the love of the moment. On a farm on the southern edge of the Lüneburg Heath, between the historic half-timbered town of Celle and the state capital of Hanover, a brewery is run exactly to their own taste. So small that it will always be more manufactory than factory. The Wathlinger weather station (or "Wetterhaus", namesake for the Low German "Weerhuus"), these are brothers and friends who come together with their families for years every week to cook together, to barbecue and start the weekend. Brewing has always been a favorite topic. With the founding of the Weerhuus private brewery, the favorite topic is now becoming a life's work. Certainly Weerhuus is not a common taste. Weerhuus is classic. Weerhuus thrives on the taste and ingredients, and on the vision of the people who love the brewing kettle and love what they do.
