Description
Since 2009, we have been poaching with our stag, first in the region and later throughout Germany. The goal is to give cider a new image and make it known beyond the borders of Hesse.
Meanwhile our small Hirsch family consists of 3 sorts:
Passion Fruit Lemon
Organic elderberry
Pure Apple
It is produced in the family wine press Heil, which attaches particularly great importance to regional ingredients.
