This a pre-prohibition style cream ale is made with 15% malted Bloody Butcher corn and 85% 6 Row Pilsner malt from Riverbend Malt House is Asheville, NC. Fermented with a blend of German lager and kolsch strain at 62F; then lagered for 4 weeks! This is what an American cream ale should taste like; clean, crisp, slightly corny, and refreshing! The corn used in this beer is non-gmo and grown right here in Tennessee!
