Pink guava sour ale fermented with Brett, Sacc and & Lactobacillus mixed culture. Pours a clear gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong guava, floral, brett, funk. Thin body, similar flavors to nose, nice tartness, light acidity, enjoyed this.
