Polly's - Abstracter

Okay, we’re pretty settled and happy with our position as a modern day juice slinger here at Polly’s. A standpoint we made when we first started up almost six years ago as a two man set up to focus our expertise on a narrow number of styles rather than being moderate at many has bore fruit and we’re now considered amongst the brightest and best in the UK today for the styles we brew. Now that we’ve learned the wonderful little complexities of the hops we use, we thought why not combine seven (you read that right, SEVEN) of our favourite hops into a positively bursting with flavour Pale Ale?
