Polly's Brew

Founded in 2018 as a two-man operation working out of a converted stable on a rickety, wood-bound brew kit, we have rapidly grown since day one to where we find ourselves today – in a brewery twelve times the size of our original brew space, capable of brewing up to eight times a week, looking after the livelihoods of fourteen incredibly talented team members. From those very humble beginnings, our mantra has always remained the same – never stop improving. We want to produce the best beer we possibly can, and make Polly’s the best place to work for our incredible team.
