Polly's - 7th Birthday Collabs x Spookton

We were over the moon to find out our closest home city had a brand new brewery opening, and found even more common ground when we visited for the first time to see a brewkit very similar to the original Polly’s brew kit to wax lyrical over. Since then we have routinely found Spookton’s beers on our radar and have been blown away at the quality being produced from our neighbours over the border. Wanting to go with what we both do best, our birthday IPA is a beautiful meld of in-house favourite Idaho 7, alongside the freshly named Krush; both imparting juicy tropical notes with a sticky pine undercurrent. It’s our birthday though, so we couldn’t just leave things at that – a supercharge of DynaBoost in the whirlpool, along with HyperBoost on the cold side, all of the fruit-forward notes in this beer have been amplified up to 11 in an all out rush to the palate with intense mango, pineapple, and pomelo flavours.
