Trace is a big in-house favorite here at Polly's. Our raven-haired sales manager Arron regularly names it his favorite beer we make, and the evidence is obvious - the azacca, citra and simcoe hops blend is bursting with um-bongo-level tropical flavors and offers a full papaya, peach fruit salad , Tangerine and mango both on the nose and in the taste. The spooky, medium-sized kid of the original Augment trio - a nightmare the first iteration in 2019 because it was so heavily hopped - we've tamed this fantastic beast and given it the 2021 treatment it really deserves. With our tailor-made LA3 yeast culture for a massive hop suspension, this is a beer that is 100% cloudy, moist and juicy. Track, nice to have you back.
