Ale Asylum Relics

A beautiful Belgian golden quad. Pours a dark plum color with a medium head, moderate head retention and lacing that does not falter. Aroma is of dark fruits, caramel, hints of vanilla and a tinge of chocolate. Taste is a slightly dry meld of complexity. The aromatics come through in the taste, just as strongly as on the nose. Finish is somewhat dry and leaves you begging for the next sip.
