Our first core beer ! First batch (march 2021): We used a total of 20g / L, Citra, Azacca, Cryo Cascade and Cryo Centennial hops. Second batch (march 2023): Azacca, Citra, Idaho 7, Sabro Alexandra of Asimus, c. 300. She was one of the martyrs who were horribly tortured for adhering to their faith and refused to give the divine honor to Emperor Maximian.
