Alvarado Street Peninsula Pilsner

This Pilsner is all about the delicate balance of soft European malt and flowery, spicy notes of the classic noble hops used, which includes Czech Saaz and German Tettnang. Our in-house lager strain adds a pleasant minerality and ferments completely for a crisp, clean and dry finish. Basically, we brewed this beer just for ourselves so we could have a hoppy pilsner. Super refreshing, with a lot of taste and suitable for every occasion.
