Angerik Lady in Red

Very cloudy dark red beer topped with a slightly pinkish head of foam, perfectly caliber, stable and compact. Good foam retention. Very fruity nose (cherry) and moderately sweet, very greedy. Very fruity on the palate, a strong impression of sorbet with a fairly thick texture, a very present malt base giving a biscuit and spicy side. Aroma of gingerbread or speculoos, almonds. A slightly sour medium bitterness rises at the end of the mouth and lasts quite a long time, always with the aroma of cherry. Rather thick body, medium carbonation. Fairly round cherry beer, sweet but not sweet, malty, tastes more than really refreshing.
