Angerik a micro brewery , was established by Erik De Cuyper in 1997. It produces beers of high fermentation only. In 2000 the brewery stopt brewing beers. Until in 2016 Sam De Cuyper started the brewery again. The brewery makes use of gravity to produce its ales. Brew kettle, conditioning tank, etc. all pieces of equipment are placed one above the other, no pumps required. Only Belgian hops and Belgian malt are used in the brewing process.
