Beer description
The red beer “Dorothea” was created as a journeyman's piece by our first apprentice, Sabrina Goller! The idea to brew a red beer and the recipe for it came from her. The malt mixture and the aromatic hops ‘Callista’ give it a characteristic sweet and sour taste.
