Schlossbrauerei Aulendorf

After more than 300 years of brewing tradition in Aulendorf, the last brewery in Aulendorf, Bräuhaus Aulendorf, finally ceased operations in 1965. We felt that something was missing in Aulendorf, so we founded Schlossbrauerei Aulendorf GmbH in 2007 and have been brewing Reibolf beer since 2008. Until 2014, we produced our Reibolf beer in the former Deuringer butcher's shop at Bachstraße 22 in Aulendorf. Capacity was very limited, so we seized the opportunity to acquire the listed columned hall in 2013. After a renovation phase lasting around a year, production began in the listed columned hall in August 2014. The new production site, the former stables and staff apartments of the castle, was home to the Aulendorf brewery for a long time. The old huge fermentation vats can still be seen in the cellar.
